Located behind the Villaggio Mall within the Aspire Academy, Hamad Aquatic center is designed for hosting and practicing water sports. Spanning five floors, it can accommodate 4,500 spectators. The center plays a fundamental role in promoting water sports in Qatar, equipped with state-of-the-art broadcasting technology, audio-video systems, fire prevention systems, as well as heating, ventilation, and water treatment facilities.

In 2006, the center hosted the aquatic competitions of the 2006 Asian Games, and in 2013 and 2014, it was selected to host the FINA World Cup Championship. Its world-class facilities and commitment to excellence have earned it the honor of hosting the World Aquatics Championships – Doha 2024, solidifying its reputation as a top-notch sporting venue
