The World Aquatics Championships - Doha 2024 identity draws its inspiration from both the rich aquatic heritage of the State of Qatar and the global significance of this event. The logo's color palette, with its dominant blue from the International Swimming Federation's emblem, pays homage to the sport's official symbolism. The turquoise and light green shades reflect Qatar's coastal location, surrounded by the sea, while the vibrant orange symbolizes the breathtaking sunsets that grace its skies. The medium purple-red hue represents the energy and dynamism inherent in aquatic sports.The five rows within the logo correspond to the five continents of the world, signifying the global unity of aquatic sports. In the center, six points symbolize the six aquatic disciplines of swimming, water polo, diving, high diving, artistic swimming, and open water swimming, The fluid and cohesive shapes of the rows and points are inspired by the graceful movement of water.
