The World Aquatics Championships Doha 2024 will take place in Qatar from 2 February to 18 February 2024.

A total of 75 medal events in 6 water sports, including Swimming, Water Polo, Diving, Artistic Swimming, Open Water Swimming and High Diving will be held over 17 days in three venues.

The championship schedule is the calendar according to which all sports of the World Aquatics Championships Doha 2024 will take place. Please note that the championship schedule may be modified from time to time, in which case the information will be updated here.

Tickets will be available in due course on the Official Ticketing portal which is going to be live for Public on 25th of October and communicated through the official web page .

The only source to purchase tickets is the Official Ticketing portal. All tickets for the event will be in digital format, no paper or printed tickets will be used for the event. To purchase the ticket, customers must visit the dedicated link of the Official Ticketing portal and fill out necessary data fields.

To purchase the ticket, customers must visit the dedicated Ticketing page and fill out necessary data fields. After the successful online payment via available online payment methods, customers will automatically receive their E-Ticket on registered e-mail. Each of E-Tickets will contain unique QR-code that they must present along with their ticket(s) upon entering the Venue

Tickets can be cancelled or refunded after purchase with terms and conditions applied

A limit is set to the number of tickets that can be purchased for each seat type. Each customer can purchase up to 10 tickets per session. Yes, you can purchase tickets for multiple sports on the same day for our event. We offer the flexibility for our customers to enjoy multiple sporting events in one day. Simply select the sports and sessions you're interested in when purchasing your tickets through the Official Ticketing portal. Please make sure to check and avoid schedule conflicts between sports.

At the time of ticket purchase, customer will be requested to provide their data such as Email, name, nationality, phone number. These categories of personal data are necessary for the successful processing of purchasing and the distribution of tickets.

Yes, all customers with accessibility will be able to purchase their ticket(s) on the Official Ticketing portal. Wheelchair users can purchase Wheelchair User tickets and tickets for their accompanying person.

To purchase Wheelchair User tickets, customers should visit our Official Ticketing portal available here, chose Wheelchair User ticket type and/or a ticket for accompanying person. Wheelchair users will be requested to provide a PoE (proof of eligibility) which can be their medical certificate or/and certificate of degree of disability upon entering the venue. Failure to provide a legitimate PoE will lead to ticket cancellation.

During preliminary sessions, any person accompanying a wheelchair user can get a free ticket for the purpose of accompanying a wheelchair user. During the opening ceremony session and Swimming finals sessions, 50% discount applies for the companion tickets.

For World Aquatics Championship there will be no seating assignment, which means customers will be seated on a first come first served basis within the purchased category zones.

Yes, re-entry is permitted in all venues for all ticket holders and for all our sports however, customer should present their valid ticket and/or wristband at all times. 

All ticket prices are in Qatari riyal (QAR).

For children under 12 years old, one child per parent or guardian may attend any qualification session without a ticket. For the opening ceremony and Swimming finals sessions, tickets for children under 12 are available with 50% discount. If a child requires a seat, a ticket is necessary regardless of the child’s age. 

Wheelchair users are requested to purchase Wheelchair User tickets. During preliminary sessions, any person accompanying a wheelchair user can get a free ticket for the purpose of accompanying a wheelchair user. During the opening ceremony and Swimming finals sessions, 50% discount applies for the companion tickets.

Payments are accepted only through credit cards shown on the sales site.

Payment methods are Credit cards, NAPS and iPay.

A limit is set to the number of tickets that can be purchased for each seat type. Each customer can purchase up to 10 tickets per session.

To guarantee widespread availability of tickets for fans and ensure equitable allocation, as well as to thwart unauthorized ticket resellers, the Organizing Committee has implemented restrictions on the maximum number of tickets that can be bought per household, both per session and in total.

The Organising Committee shall, at its discretion, determine the total number of tickets to be sold and/or the cancellation or resumption of ticket sales. In the event of the total number of tickets being increased or decreased, or ticket sales being suspended or resumed, tickets already ordered for purchase may not be changed or cancelled. Purchased tickets shall not be changed, cancelled, exchanged or refunded in such event.

A ticket confirmation is an official communication from our Official Ticketing portal, stating that tickets have been allocated to you. The ticket confirmation will specify the quantity of tickets or ticket products allocated but will not provide you with specific seating information. 

All successful ticket purchasers who purchased tickets online will receive a confirmation email from the Official Ticketing portal, advising them of the tickets that they have been allocated.

When the events are held as scheduled, tickets may be refunded 24 hours prior the competition. In the event that a person cannot attend an event due to travel restrictions from abroad, refund shall be made to such person with 24 hours prior the competition.

Please consider the following:

1) If the ticket is purchased using a debit card, the customer needs to contact directly with the respective bank and request for a charge back for which only the bank charges of 2.5% will be deducted from the total ticket price.

2) If the ticket is purchased using a credit card, the customer will be refunded from the official ticket provider - Q-Tickets within 5 working days post the approval from the event organizer. The bank charges of 2.5% will be deducted in this case as well.

Yes, there is a dedicated parking spaces for spectators which, they can review on their E-ticket once they receive it on their emails after successful ticket purchase.

Information related to parking passes for customers with accessibility will be made available at a later point in time.
